FAQs

How do I place an order?

You may place your order through our secure, online boutique. For personal service, or custom orders please call our toll free number: 323-980-8288. You may also print out this form and fax it to us at 323-980-5055. For specific ordering instruction details please visit our Ordering page.

 
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept: VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover for both domestic and international orders. When ordering from inside the United States, a personal check or money order is also accepted. For international orders we accept Certified Checks (in US funds).
 
When do I pay for my order?
Once your order has been received and confirmed (usually 1-2 days) your credit card will be charged. Checks and money orders are deposited immediately.
What are your hours?

Can I place an order and have my bridal party pay separately?
Yes. Please call us with your desired styles, colors and options. We will set up a Reservation Order for you. A copy of the reservation is e-mailed to you and the appropriate parties. We'll notify you once the reservation is filled.
Do you have a catalog?
Our current collection of special occasion dresses may be viewed on our web site--we do not offer a printed catalog. Need more info? Please call and we'll be happy to answer any questions that you may have about our styles and options for customization
How early should I place my order?
We suggest placing your order 10-12 weeks in advance of your event to allow ample time to receive and inspect your order. There is no need to be concerned about your flower girls growing out of their dresses before your wedding. When you place your order one of our expert sales staff can help you choose the correct size and/or custom fitting options, considering the wear date.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Our normal production time is 4-6 weeks. Please allow up to 1 week extra for delivery.
I need a rush--how soon can I receive my order?
Receive your order in 3 weeks or less with our Production Rush service. Please call with your style, color, options and measurements for all of your flower girls and we will ship your order within 14 days. Currently our rush fee is $20.00 per dress. Please also see our express shipping services for expedited delivery.
Do you offer any discounts?
Receive 5% off of your merchandise total when you purchase 2 or more dresses. When placing an order by phone our sales staff will deduct it for you; discounts for on-line orders will be calculated offline by our sales staff during the order confirmation process. If you choose to fax your order, there is a line on the form to deduct the discount. (Discount applies to non-rush and non-custom orders only.)
How can I get swatches?
Swatches are available for all of our fabrics. Choose your styles and fabric colors, then fill out our simple Swatch Request Form or call 888-680 8288 with your request. In most cases swatches are sent out the same day. Please allow 4-7 days for delivery.
Do you sell your fabrics?
Yes. Once you've placed an order with us you may purchase extra fabric.
My flower girl is in between sizes, which size should I choose?
Use our size charts to help you choose the closest fitting size for your child. If your child's measurements are slightly in-between sizes, we recommended that the larger size be ordered.

For children in-between sizes, we offer a Bodice Seam Adjustment, and/or a Bodice-Skirt length adjustment for a better fit. This service is available on most of our dresses for a nominal fee ($15.00 per dress). It works well for girls that are long and lean, or a child whose waist is a little large in proportion to her chest and height. This option can save time and money on alterations by having the dress made closer to a child's size. Please see other custom fitting options on Sizing page.

 
Where are your dresses made?
Our dresses are made in our Los Angeles area production facilities, on a made to order basis.
Security and Privacy
We take great efforts to assure that your privacy is fully protected. The personal information that you provide is used to process and deliver your orders only. We collect credit card information in order to finalize purchases on our web site. We treat this information with tremendous care, and erase it from our records as soon as your order has been completed. Only authorized personnel are allowed access to customer information, and we do not share or sell information to anyone, or send unsolicited e-mails.
What is your return policy?

NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS: Special orders, custom made or custom sized items are not refundable.

RETURNABLE ITEMS: We honor a 5 day return privilege on all standard sized and stocked items, provided merchandise is returned in its original unworn, unaltered and unused condition, with tags intact. All returns require prior authorization. You must call and receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within five days of receipt of your purchase. We allow 14 days from the date of receipt of your item(s) for return shipping. Please repack item(s) in its original box with its original packing material (our suggestion is to send it insured for the value of the merchandise; and to ship item(s) using a carrier who can provide a tracking number). Shipping, handling and rush fees are non-refundable.

OVERSIGHT RESOLUTION: Eve and Ellie stands by its products. We take great efforts to insure that every order is processed with care, and produced to each customer’s specifications. In the unlikely event you receive a defective product or discover an error with any part of your order that appears to be our fault, you are responsible for notifying us of our mistake within 14 days of receipt so that we can rectify the situation in a timely manner. We reserve the right to repair, exchange, or refund at our discretion. After the 14 day period the customer agrees to be responsible for all costs associated with the resolution of the problem; including--but not limited to--shipping. In situations where we agree to reimburse our customer’s shipping costs we will not reimburse for overnight or second day expedited shipping. We do not reimburse or take responsibility for outside alterations.
